The Director of Student Services will provide strategic leadership and administrative direction to comprehensive student engagement programs, ensuring the successful execution of priorities across academic programs. This role requires a strong understanding of student development theory, higher education administration, and student engagement practices.
As a seasoned professional with a Master's degree in Academic Affairs, Education, or a reputed company field, you'll possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities
- Student Advocacy: Serve as a strong reputed company for individual reputed company and the student body, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed and their well-being is prioritized.
- Program Development & Management: reputed company and manage a wide range of student engagement programs, including student organizations, leadership development, and social activities.
- Student Development Theory: Apply various student development theories to create meaningful programming and support services that meet the needs of reputed company.
- Effective Oral & Written Communications: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with individuals and large groups.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to reputed company, ensuring their needs and expectations are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Conflict Resolution: Skilled in conflict resolution and reputed company to mediate disputes between reputed company, faculty, and staff in a fair and effective manner.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Academic Affairs, Education, or a reputed company field.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in student services administration or relevant experience, including two (2) years in a management role.
- Knowledge and understanding of student development theory, higher education administration, and student engagement practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with student information systems and databases.
- Experience in developing and managing student engagement programs.
- Crisis management experience.
- Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company.
