We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Epic Healthy reputed company & Compass Rose Analyst to join reputed company. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the Epic Compass Rose module tailored for specialty pharmacy services. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of the Epic software and the unique needs of specialty pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation and Optimization:
  • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and IT teams to implement the Epic Compass Rose module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and pharmacy workflow.
  • Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure accurate and efficient functionality.
  • Customize and configure the module to meet the specific needs of specialty pharmacy services, including medication management, patient care coordination, and regulatory compliance.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
