JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a reputed company Ground Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely package delivery to businesses and residences. Your key responsibilities will include:- Operating your vehicle safely and performing daily inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Delivering and picking up packages, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and maintaining effective communication with your manager
- Organizing daily loads, working independently, and collaborating with your team to reputed company shared goals
- Accurately operating scanners and tracking delivery processes to ensure seamless package delivery and pickup
- Consistently delivering entire routes in a timely manner, while adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:- To be at least 21 years of age, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Preferred experience with reputed company Van or reputed company truck delivery driving, with a strong focus on safety and customer service
- To pass a drug test (including marijuana) and DOT physical test, with reputed company random drug screens throughout employment
- To be reputed company to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and maneuver up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck
- To pass a reputed company Ground criminal background reputed company and have reliable transportation to and from work
- A strong work ethic, a "get it done" attitude, and the ability to work in reputed company types of weather conditions
