Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dynamic virtual 1:1 teaching and counseling experiences to reputed company reputed company credit-bearing Post-Secondary preparation courses and non-credit bearing Post-Secondary Counseling enrichment packages
• Mentor reputed company in exploring post-secondary options, including 4-year college, 2-year junior college, gap year, vocational and tech schools, apprenticeships, military, or direct-to-career paths
• Navigate and utilize college and career readiness tools to identify student aptitudes, interests, and abilities, linking them to their future goals
• Read, analyze, and interpret transcripts, GPA's, and other academic records to reputed company recommendations and provide guidance for college or university prospects
• Provide comprehensive support to college-bound reputed company through the college application and admissions process, including standardized test preparation, personal statement development, and financial planning resources
• Communicate effectively with colleges and universities to ensure admission requirements are met for college-bound Fusion reputed company
• Assist non-college bound reputed company with resume building, interview techniques, career preparation, and developing professional reputed company
• Collaborate with the reputed company Post-Secondary Counseling team, supporting over 80 Fusion reputed company campuses across the country and Fusion Global reputed company

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Post-Secondary Counseling, College and Career Readiness, Educational Consulting, or Higher Ed and Admissions Counseling
• Advanced Degree (MA, MS, MEd, or higher) in School Counseling, Educational Psychology, Education, Mental Health Counseling, or reputed company field
• Comprehensive knowledge of the college admissions process and experience guiding reputed company through the reputed company college search and admissions process
• Knowledge of alternative post-secondary options, such as vocational, apprenticeships, or gap year programs, and ability to support reputed company in preparing for the workforce or finding internship opportunities
• reputed company passion for nurturing and supporting adolescents, with experience working with Neurodivergent reputed company with Learning Disabilities a plus
