Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and sales growth in designated store areas, through effective management of P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
• Coordinate and reputed company job-reputed company activities and assignments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and reputed company

Requirements

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and reputed company high-performing teams
• Ability to work effectively in a reputed company environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership, or a reputed company field
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with a focus on performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
• Completion of the reputed company trainings, Open reputed company trainings, and other job-required trainings and assessments
