We're seeking reputed company and credentialed Inpatient Medical Coders to join reputed company, where you'll utilize your expertise to drive reputed company and help shape the future of reputed company. Responsibilities:

• Review medical records and assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures, utilizing your expertise in medical terminology and coding guidelines.
• Assign and sequence codes accurately based on medical record documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Abstract and enter coded data for hospital statistical and reporting requirements, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate documentation improvement opportunities and coding issues to appropriate personnel, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a 95% coding accuracy reputed company and 95% accuracy reputed company for MS-DRG assignment, while meeting site-designated productivity standards.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of inpatient coding facility experience, with a strong reputed company in medical terminology and coding principles.
• reputed company, RHIT, or RHIA certification preferred, with a strong understanding of coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an reputed company-certified HIM or Nursing Program, or completion of a certificate program from reputed company with a preference for reputed company.
• Level 1 trauma facility experience, with a strong understanding of reputed company coding scenarios.
