We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our reputed company regulatory compliance and audit team. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute random sampling methodologies for medical record audits across multiple practices and hospitals
• reputed company and maintain VBA macros to automate encounter selection and streamline audit processes
• Analyze reputed company reputed company data using statistical software (RAT-STATS or similar) to determine appropriate sample sizes and confidence levels
• Create and maintain audit tracking spreadsheets and reports to ensure compliance and transparency
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure audit data selection and sampling requirements are met
• Communicate with client organizations to obtain clean claims data for purposes of initiating data sampling
• Support data collection and analysis for quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain strict patient and organizational confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA compliance and reputed company data privacy requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company VBA for automation of sampling and reporting processes
• Experience with statistical sampling methodologies and software; experience with RAT-STATs software preferred
• Strong understanding of random sampling techniques and confidence intervals

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of reputed company data analysis experience
• Experience with SQL and database management
