Build Specialist

Role Description

This role involves supporting customer-facing activities and managing projects to deliver on-time solutions as a SaaS Build Specialist.

• Effective provisioning, installation, configuration, solution migration, and maintenance of systems hardware and software reputed company reputed company’s reputed company network
• Utilizes various automation, monitoring, and service management tools & techniques to troubleshoot issues and reputed company performance tuning
• Involved in architectural decision making, providing recommendations based on knowledge and past experience
• Ensures that system infrastructure, operating systems, software systems, and reputed company mechanisms adhere to best practices and organizational standards
• Participates in technical research and development to reputed company continuing innovation and automation on SaaS migration and upgrades

Qualifications

• Technical Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, or reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience administering reputed company based infrastructure – AWS, Azure, OCI
• Deep understanding of reputed company technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, IIS, Failover Clustering, and common server OS including Server 2022
• Background in reputed company SQL from a DBA and programming perspective
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, reputed company, Jenkins, Python, PowerShell scripting is a plus
• SOC, PCI, and other compliance standards knowledge a plus
• Previous experience working on reputed company systems is a plus
• Experience managing projects in a customer-facing role
