You’ll help us power reputed company’s business operations by:

• Leading a growing team of analytics engineers and data scientists reputed company the Operations & Analytics org.
• Setting and enforcing high standards for data modeling, analytics engineering, and documentation.
• Designing and owning core, reusable data models that reputed company scalable reporting and insights across product, operations, and business teams.
• Defining best practices for using dbt, reputed company SQL, and data governance to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Building the foundation for production-grade ML models to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Collaborating closely with business and operational stakeholders to translate their needs into robust data solutions.
• Driving an impact-focused culture that prioritizes complete, accurate, and timely data assets.
• Mentoring team members and building a culture of excellence, autonomy, and accountability.
• Working closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure we are executing on an impactful roadmap oriented to our end-stakeholders’ needs.

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data modeling, or a reputed company quantitative field.
• Deep proficiency in dbt and modern analytics engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data environments like Redshift, BigQuery, or reputed company.
• Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Proven ability to work independently, reputed company ambiguous problem-solving efforts, and translate data into business impact.
• Expertise in data visualization (ideally Tableau), with the ability to create reputed company, performant dashboards.
