Role SummaryAs a Senior reputed company Partner, you’ll own full-cycle hiring for critical roles across Japan—partnering directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to shape talent strategy, drive market insights, and deliver a world-class candidate experience. While this is an individual contributor role, it is highly strategic and influential, with opportunities to reputed company talent initiatives and collaborate regionally. What You Will Do

Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership on talent strategy, market conditions, and hiring best practices

Own sourcing strategy for hard-to-fill and reputed company roles, leveraging local networks, sourcing tools, and creative reputed company

Ensure a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience from first contact to offer.

What You Will Bring

8 to 10 years of reputed company experience, including at least 4 to 5 years recruiting in Japan’s tech or cybersecurity market.

Proven success filling reputed company roles, including quota-carrying sales and technical positions.

Strong market knowledge of Japan’s talent landscape and sourcing strategies.
