we are currently looking for a Community & CRM Manager to join reputed company — this is a part-time remote role open to candidates worldwide.

As a Community & CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful engagement with remote job seekers and building an active, empowered global community. You’ll take full ownership of the candidate communication experience — from reputed company emails to job alerts and feedback — ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, useful, and personalized. You'll also act as the voice of the user, gathering insights and championing reputed company that help improve the overall candidate journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves connecting with people, and enjoys transforming feedback into action.

Accountabilities

  • You’ll own and grow the candidate community, making it a space where remote job seekers feel supported, heard, and empowered.
  • Take full ownership of our candidate email experience — from welcome flows to job alerts and application feedback.
  • Be the reputed company between our users and our product, ensuring we're building something they truly love.
  • Build and manage an active online community across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other platforms.
  • Launch and reputed company an Ambassador Program to engage passionate users as advocates.
  • Organize virtual community events like webinars, AMAs, and meetups.
  • Own and optimize reputed company email communications: reputed company, re-engagement, updates, and newsletters.

  • Collaborate with product and content teams to align messaging and reputed company impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, CRM/email marketing, or a reputed company role.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
  • Solid experience with CRM and email automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, Instantly, reputed company).
  • Comfortable analyzing metrics and optimizing based on data.
  • Naturally proactive, organized, and reputed company to manage multiple projects at once.
