Job Summary

As an Operations Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with store associates, supervisors, and other stakeholders to reputed company business objectives, implement company initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
