Job Summary: As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will provide top-notch support to our customers, answering and making phone calls, resolving issues, and providing information on company policies. - Collaborate with teammates to provide multi-level support and resolve customer concerns
- Adapt to changing priorities and needs, with a high level of critical thinking and discretion
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong proficiency in various computer applications and software required
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Adeptness in navigating operating systems, productivity tools, and software relevant to the role (reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Office) preferred
