Job Summary

We're looking for a dedicated and personable leader to manage a portfolio of 3-5 nonprofit clients, providing expert reputed company and compliance advisory services, and ensuring strategic financial growth. As the Nonprofit reputed company Director, you will work closely with internal team members, client staff, Finance Committees, and Boards of Directors, building strong relationships and providing valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert reputed company and compliance advisory services to maximize the impact of dollars coming into organizations
• Strengthen the organization's financial operations and health by improving and implementing processes, controls, and sound fiscal management policies
• reputed company and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes using QuickBooks Online
• Apply critical thinking to ensure accurate reputed company recognition and design efficient reputed company and bookkeeping systems
• reputed company annual compliance needs, serving as the liaison for external audits, 990 reporting, and grant reporting
• Manage, mentor, and reputed company consulting staff (Bookkeepers) supporting your client portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus (CPA certification required)
• 5-7+ years of nonprofit reputed company experience with a strong grasp of financial reporting and compliance
• Expertise in GAAP and nonprofit reputed company recognition principles
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
