Our client is a leading company seeking a talented Dutch Speaking Inbound Call Center Operator to join their team. With a small office in Rome, you will have the freedom to work entirely remotely and contribute to the company's success.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer assistance, both pre and post-sales, reputed company phone and chat. Your working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays.

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• Native or near-native reputed company in Dutch (reputed company/C2 level)
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Strong knowledge of primary computer applications
