Job Summary:

In this part-time customer support role, you will:

• Manage a wide range of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
• Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and reputed company a knowledge reputed company of evolving products and services

Responsibilities:

• Ability to adapt to change, work in a quick-paced environment, and meet performance metrics
• Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, attend 5 weeks of training, and commit to a minimum of 16+ hours per week
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM (40+ preferred)
