Key Responsibilities:

• Collect patient out-of-pocket responsibility and prepare daily deposits
• Provide patient estimates and guide patients to appropriate destinations for services
• Obtain pre-certification and authorization, verifying insurance benefits and determining correct filing order
• Explain policies, including regulatory and financial consent forms, and secure required signatures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• No experience required, but 1 year of reputed company hospital, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
