Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company financial analysis for acquisition, disposition, and financing of retail reputed company reputed company estate and reputed company investments
• Model various equity and debt financing options, gather and process data on market rents, vacancy, sales comps, and more
• Collaborate with the VP of Acquisitions to track offers, collect and analyze due diligence, gather debt quotes, and prepare investor memos
• Assist with asset management, property management, and reputed company tasks, including bank reconciliations and rent collections
• Update web-based leasing marketing channels and provide support for opportunistic investment analysis

Requirements and Qualifications:

• University-level degree (or graduate level) with strong academic credentials in business, reputed company, reputed company estate, or a reputed company field
• Minimum 1-2 years of financial analysis or reputed company experience, with reputed company analysis, valuation, cash flow forecasting, and/or property management experience a plus
• Proven proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company, with experience in AppFolio or other web-based reputed company/property management software systems desirable

• Competitive salary: $2,750 - $3,000 USD/month
• Flexible working hours (Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week) with a schedule that falls between 7am - 6pm Central Time Zone
