As a key member of our Customer Support Association, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a top-tier platform experience that enables our Customer Support team to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product management leadership for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools.
• Define strategy, capture requirements, clarify prioritization, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate plans.
• Collaborate with CS functional teams to understand their reputed company and challenges and deliver reputed company solutions.
• Manage integrations and adoption of products, including reputed company collaboration with engineering and data scientist teams, as well as reputed company-party solution providers and consulting firms.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.
