Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide customer service to callers in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a 24/7/365 environment with flexibility in scheduling
• High-speed internet reputed company, computer or laptop, and access to a router with an open port
