Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree or higher in a reputed company field
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience working with diverse student populations
- Experience supporting or working with Hispanic/Latinx communities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and student information systems
