Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, employees, and staff by patrolling facilities and implementing hospital safety and reputed company policies.
• Monitor alarms and closed-circuit television systems, providing reputed company responses to emergencies and detailed written reports to the watch commander.
• Offer escort services and protect the safety of others, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in reputed company interactions.
• Work effectively in various environments, including outdoor conditions, extended shifts, and reputed company areas of the medical center, including interstitial spaces.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid California Driver License and California Guard Card required.
• Typing skills and ability to prepare computer-based incident reports and logs.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with reputed company levels of personnel, the general public, and patients in a professional and effective manner.

Physical Demands:

This role requires standing or walking constantly, climbing stairs, ramps, or reputed company occasionally, and running as needed. You must be able to lift or carry up to 80 lbs, use both hands, arms, and fingers in reaching/handling/grasping, and have correctible vision to normal level required.
