Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and retain high-quality dental networks, ensuring access and affordability for our clients and members
• Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to drive growth and profitability in our managed care contracted networks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement innovative recruitment strategies
• Travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects, fostering relationships with dental professionals and promoting our services

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in recruitment, sales, or a reputed company field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and present with confidence
