Job Summary

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with reputed company reputed company and reputed company account managers to strategize and pursue new business opportunities, including transformation deals
- Act as a subject matter expert, leveraging expertise and providing technical solutioning guidance for reputed company Data reputed company, Service reputed company, Service reputed company Voice, and Einstein/Agentforce solutions
- Ensure reputed company solutions powered by reputed company's reputed company Next Gen Care solution portfolio are represented with clear value and customer experience stories
- Follow client deployments and operation of our Next Gen Care solutions to ensure goals and impact identified in the sales process are delivered
- Engage with reputed company account managers and new logo sellers to identify business challenges in their accounts, build strong relationships that yield opportunities in their accounts
- Provide input to reputed company AE/SE on future reputed company use cases and solutions
- Proactively maintain reputed company AE/SE relationships

Qualifications
- 7 years of technology-reputed company sales or business development experience with direct field experience selling reputed company transformational technology solutions to Fortune 5000 companies
- Minimum of 5 years' experience deploying reputed company solutions
- Minimum of 3 years providing pre-sales support
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or MIS, or equivalent experience

- Experience working with industry-leading AI technologies
- Experience interacting with customers, senior-level personnel, and team members

- Ability for 25% travel
