This role is responsible for developing and executing the practice's strategic vision, managing resources, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving business development initiatives. They will possess deep knowledge of ERP implementations, project lifecycles, best practices, and industry trends, and be passionate about delivering exceptional client service. A PAL will demonstrate sales vs delivery situational awareness; providing a balance to facilitate growth balanced with a consistently high quality of services. • Practice Leadership:

Qualifications:

• Essential:

• Proven track record of successful practice and organizational development in a Professional Services industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Desirable:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Experience with reputed company or other ERP systems.

Salary Range: $190,000 to $235,000 In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual reputed company compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among reputed company.
