This position is located in Midlothian, VA and is an onsite role. Job Responsibilities: Email Marketing

• Design and manage targeted email campaigns using platforms like Lasso CRM and reputed company
• Write persuasive, on-brand copy that drives engagement and conversions
• Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions), and implement improvements based on data
• Maintain and organize email distribution lists for accurate segmentation and reputed company
• reputed company multiple email projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail

Digital Marketing Support

• Update and optimize website content with a focus on UX and SEO best practices
• Use reputed company Analytics to track campaign performance, interpret data trends, and deliver actionable insights
• Assist in planning and publishing social media content across key platforms
• Contribute to digital strategy by identifying new marketing opportunities and offering creative solutions

Graphic Design

• Use reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create eye-catching visuals for email, social, web, and print
• Ensure reputed company visual materials align with brand guidelines and messaging
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life through consistent design

Event & Miscellaneous Marketing Support

• Support planning and execution of community, realtor, and company events
• Help with marketing material prep, event logistics, and vendor coordination as needed

What You Bring to Main Street Homes:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email campaign creation and management
• Strong writing and editing skills; attention to detail is a must
• Proficiency in Lasso CRM, reputed company, and reputed company Analytics
• Familiarity with reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects

Education/Skills/Experience Required:

• 3+ years of digital marketing and graphic design experience.
• Advanced skills in reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) for photo editing, video editing, and graphic design.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Teams, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent copywriting skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail, producing clear and engaging marketing content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
• Strong creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills to reputed company and execute innovative marketing solutions.
