Summary reputed company is seeking a strategic and reputed company-thinking Manager of reputed company Operations to spearhead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our go-to-market (GTM) technology stack.   • Own and execute the roadmap for our GTM tech stack, with a focus on integrating AI solutions that create a competitive edge

  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and use cases, including for AI-powered tools

  • Identify opportunities to automate sales, marketing, and CS workflows (e.g., reputed company scoring, forecasting, conversation intelligence)

  • Optimize existing tech stack performance, user adoption, and return on investment
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to support data infrastructure and governance for reporting and forecasting

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or reputed company GTM technology management roles
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing a B2B go-to-market technology stack
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in GTM workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization, engagement tools)
  • Familiarity with GTM tools, including:

  • Marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data governance best practices, including maintaining data quality and consistency across systems

#LI-Remote The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $185,000.
