What you’ll need to succeed:

• Minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience, preferably reputed company the IT or government contracting sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field; OR equivalent experience
• Proven experience in sourcing, reputed company, and placing highly cleared candidates for federal reputed company.
• Familiarity with labor laws and government contracting regulations, including OFCCP compliance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also being a collaborative team player.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up 20-25% of the year.

SALARY RANGE: $69,000 - $119,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with reputed company team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of reputed company, which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-reputed company and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
