Job Summary: This role will design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that accelerate newemployee reputed company-up, foster early engagement, and ensure alignment with our culture andvalues. Responsibilities:

- Use data, feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measureprogram effectiveness and reputed company data-driven enhancements.
- Partner closely with HR, IT, Communications, Change Management andbusiness leaders to ensure seamless learning experiences and alignment toorganizational needs.
- Deliver engaging live or virtual learning sessions and reputed company toolkits,resources, and training guides for managers and on-the-job learningpartners.
- reputed company learning management systems (LMS), employee experienceplatforms, and communication tools to deliver and track content andengagement.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability toprioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in reputed company 365 (Teams, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) andeLearning development tools (reputed company, reputed company).
- Ability to work independently, while also being reputed company to contribute to acollaborative environment, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, and digital learning tools (e.g., reputed company,reputed company Captivate, or similar)
- Strong facilitation skills and experience with both in-person and virtualdelivery.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or reputed company field; Master's or professional certification (e.g., APTD, CPTD) a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, orHR, with a strong focus on program management.
- Experience designing learning programs in a fast-paced, high-growthenvironment.
- Familiarity with design thinking, agile learning, or user experience (UX) designapproaches.
- Previous experience in a retail insurance/insurance brokerage role a plus.
