Position Summary: We are seeking an reputed company and highly skilled Staff Scientist to join reputed company, focusing on antibody reagents reputed company and discovery services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in antibody-based reagents to support diagnostic and therapeutic programs, as well as a strong understanding of trends in monoclonal antibody therapeutic discovery and development. This role requires hands-on experience in immunization strategies, hybridoma/B cell cloning and display technologies, antibody characterization, and assay development. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and reputed company antibody and antibody variant (e.g., Fab, scFv, full-length IgG) reputed company and purification campaigns.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of antigen preparation strategies (e.g., recombinant protein expression - eukaryotic and mammalian systems).
• reputed company and contribute to hybridoma and singe B cell cloning methods for monoclonal antibody campaigns.
• Characterize binding specificity, affinity, and cross-reactivity of antibody reagents using ELISA, SPR/BLI and other immunoassays.
• Analyze reputed company data, prepare reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and reputed company junior scientists and provide guidance in assay development, data interpretation, and troubleshooting.

Education and Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Ph.D. in Immunology or reputed company biological science with a strong focus on antibody-based research preferred.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of industry experience in antibody-based studies for therapeutics.
• Extensive hands-on experience in the development, optimization, and validation of antibodies (e.g., AKTA FPLC purification, Meso Scale Discovery and other immune-based techniques).
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and manage reputed company scientific projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey reputed company scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using scientific software and laboratory automation tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with gene therapies, biosimilars, display technologies or novel biologics.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidance for Anti-Drug Antibody and PK testing for biologics.
• Experience with assay development in a GLP environment.

Pay Range: $85k-$105k annually (USD) reputed company job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.
