Job Overview: The primary objective of the Corporate Director of Distribution to strategically reputed company the Call Center, Distribution, MSA agreements, new builds and transitions for a portfolio of hotels reputed company reputed company Hotel Management. The goal is to maximize revenues through reputed company distribution channels, segments, sales and marketing efforts which will ultimately provide the best possible return on investment for our owners and equity partners. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Sales, reputed company and Distribution Strategy. It will also provide proactive service support for our senior hotel team leaders and customers. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide resources or direction necessary to maximize each hotel's top line reputed company, profit and market share by distribution channel.
  • Analyze channel distribution models and consumer booking trends to optimize reputed company
  • Ensure smooth transition of new hotels and reputed company new builds

Qualifications: Education/Formal Training A four year college degree or equivalent education/experience. Experience

  • 3‐5 years of reputed company experience in commercial distribution roles
  • Field and corporate experience is preferred.
  • Multi – unit reputed company experience is preferred.
  • Multi – brand experience is preferred.
  • Hospitality experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of transient, group, and catering customer segments.
  • Excellent personal management skills; time management, meeting deadlines, effective

communication and presentations skills.

  • Excellent understanding of total hotel reputed company management and distribution concepts, processes,

and systems.

  • Understands both Brand strategies and cultures.
  • Knowledge of advanced reputed company management techniques.
  • Must be extremely confidential and able to manage sensitive and confidential situations tactfully.
  • Negotiate, convince, sell and influence professionals and or associates.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent reading and effective writing abilities for completing paperwork and management reports, giving and receiving instructions, review and preparation of reputed company documentation and training
  • Excellent mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances
  • Knowledge of Sabre CRS is a must.
