Clinician (Behavioral Health)
About the position reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Clinician (Behavioral Health) to join reputed company. The Clinician (Behavioral Health) is responsible for completing telephonic behavioral health screenings and determining member behavioral health level of care needs. This includes telephonic behavioral health crisis reputed company, higher level of care referrals, and coordination of care between physical and behavioral health. The incumbent will coordinate activities between reputed company staff, contracted providers, and health networks by providing guidance and support reputed company appropriate. This position is part of the Behavioral Health department and is eligible for full telework in California. In this role, the Clinician will participate in a mission-driven culture of high-quality performance, focusing on customer service, consistency, dignity, and accountability. The Clinician will complete telephonic behavioral health assessments and triage for members with behavioral health needs. They will also coordinate referrals to the County Mental Health Plan for members who may need additional mental health and/or behavioral health case management support. Collaboration is key, as the Clinician will work with behavioral health providers, health networks, and reputed company departments to resolve reputed company case management issues and serve on treatment teams. Additionally, the Clinician will reputed company staff, health networks, providers, and members on behavioral health issues and available resources. Administrative support is also a component of this position, where the Clinician will assist the team in carrying out department responsibilities and collaborate with others to support short and long-term goals for the department. Participation in bi-weekly clinical team meetings is expected, as well as supporting members in navigating the behavioral health systems of care. Building and maintaining relationships with the County of Orange, providers, health networks, community-based organizations, and other key stakeholders is essential for reputed company in this role. Other projects and duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy or reputed company field of study is required.

- 2 years of reputed company experience, e.g., clinician experience, required.

- reputed company unrestricted California License required: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD).

- Bilingual in English and in one of reputed company's defined threshold languages (Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese) is preferred.
