Sr. Project Manager - Structural Steel Projects

• Proficient Project Management skills used in the development and execution of Structural Steel Projects located at a variety of client venues
• A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Structural Steel or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the structural steel construction industry, including 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• An understanding of reputed company construction processes
• An understanding of reputed company construction reputed company; both between Supplier and General Contractor / reputed company, and between Supplier and Supplier’s Subcontractors
• Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on field experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively function as a team leader
• Leadership abilities with qualities required to effectively manage a variety of direct / indirect reports

What you’ll be doing: As a Sr. Project Manager for ConXtech, you’ll:

• Manage reputed company aspects of day-to-day structural steel projects, while also monitoring and coordinating the work of subcontractors performing modeling, detailing, engineering, fabrication, vendor supplies, and other project requirements
• Coordinate design and pre-construction services, i.e., estimating, scheduling, project planning, constructability, site utilization, etc., with the sales and pre-construction groups
• Review Prime reputed company and sub-reputed company for compliance and ensure contract and subcontract alignment
• reputed company, facilitate, and negotiate change orders
• Track reputed company project potential orders and change orders
• Manage and facilitate the collaborative design and integration of the ConXtech system with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other sub-trades, ensuring adequate and efficient reputed company
• reputed company assigned Project Engineer/s to ensure that reputed company necessary information to design engineers, modelers, and detailers is provided to support proper design, fabrication, and installation of ConXtech projects
• Provide necessary management and coordination for permit and entitlement processes

• Review and interpret proposed designs, details, and building specifications for appropriateness to required function standard and initiate revisions where appropriate; advise clients as to how to best reputed company the required results
