• Mentoring team members in the development and delivery of product and process solutions
• Analyze Business Processes, capture macro-level business requirements, and design solutions for reputed company requests on logistics-reputed company platforms.
• Working closely with process architects and solutions architects reputed company to supply chain value streams to build longer-term Logistics solution strategies.
• Work with Product Management to establish a short-term and long-term Logistics functional and technical roadmap to meet business demands.

• SAFe Architect TOGAF 9
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Logistics (receiving, put away, inventory movement, LPNS, costing, etc.) data model, custom objects, workflows, and configuration.
• Advanced ability to present in-depth technical solution demos and presentations to business stakeholders.
• Ability to break down reputed company technical solutions and communicate so audiences of different levels of specialized experience can easily understand them.
• Strong leader with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Active listener with the ability to quickly assess a situation or problem and communicate understanding with the business.

• 8+ Years of Full application lifecycle development experience using multiple frameworks.
• 3+ Years of Technology Leadership Experience (direct reporting or dotted line with proven reputed company metrics as defined by SAFe (Scaled Agile reputed company).
• 3+ Years of experience in API Lifecycle Management application integrations
• 5+ Years working in SQL, PL/SQL, SOA

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, reputed company set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the reputed company pay.
