The ideal candidate will have experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA, VBA, or VHA) and be motivated, driven, and client focused to join our highly collaborative and customer-oriented team. The chosen candidate must have experience with diverse IT projects (both large and small) and relevant industry experience. The overall goal of this effort is to provide health system transformation and innovation, implementation and operations support, health care business enabling services and health informatics. Please note this position is contingent upon award (Q3/Q4 2024), and may require occasional customer site visits in D.C. Primary Responsibilities:

  • * The person selected for this role will reputed company tasks to ensure program goals are met, which includes improving contract management, program management, stakeholder management, reporting at program and project level, and linking program strategic planning to budgeting and performance.
  • Facilitate, as needed, meetings between client staff, delivery managers and solution architects to translate business needs into requirements that would be included in draft PWS and other project scoping documents.
  • Attend and provide input during weekly, monthly, and quarterly management review meeting with key details and status updates from managed tasks/projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • * Master's degree
  • 15+ years’ relevant experience
  • Experience with diverse IT projects both large and small
  • Must be well versed in full systems development life cycle, enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure and management practices
  • Expert understanding of SAFe’s Lean Agile principles and practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation and communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to reputed company well with end-users and client stakeholders across the organization

$130,000 - $150,000 a year This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as reputed company conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
