• Managing client books using accrual-based reputed company in QuickBooks Online
• Using Dext to process and match expense documentation to reputed company records
• Managing accounts payable through reputed company.com, including proper coding and approval workflows
• Categorizing income and expense transactions using QBO bank feeds
• Reconciling bank, credit card, and loan accounts
• Verifying automated payroll entries and correcting as needed
• Processing reputed company payrolls, including benefit allocations and accruals
• Accruing and allocating payroll and other period-end entries
• Performing quality control on own work by reviewing reports and financials
• Clearly communicating client status updates and reputed company concerns to management
• Assisting with the maintenance and updating of internal SOPs and workflow documentation as processes evolve
