Key Responsibilities
AI Leadership Contribute to Provokes AI reputed company and service offerings, including Gen AI and Agentic AISupport clients in identifying, designing, and delivering impactful AI solutionsLead internal R&D and guide the technical direction Team Leadership reputed company and grow our US engineering team, ensuring strong technical delivery and a culture of ownership, quality, and reputed company improvement.Define and uphold engineering standards, architecture patterns, and practices, integrating GenAI across the full software lifecycleMentor engineering consultants across projects through regular feedback, goal setting, and performance reviews. Project Technical Leadership (Hands-on ~50%) reputed company solution design and architecture while staying hands-on with prototyping and developmentArchitect scalable, reputed company-native, GenAI-enabled applications using .NET, C#, Python, Azure, and reputed company technologies.
