Location: Plymouth, MN – Hybrid

What you will do

  • Schedule and facilitate daily standups
  • Schedule and facilitate sprint planning meetings
  • Schedule and facilitate sprint review meetings
  • Schedule and facilitate retrospective meetings
  • Facilitate communications and ensure effective collaboration
  • Have ownership and drive communication to stakeholders
  • Aid the team members by removing blockers and resolving team conflicts
  • Coach team members in the Scrum methodology
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide team members to higher Scrum maturity
  • Must have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool
  • Must have the ability to work effectively with global teams
  • Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with reputed company party team members

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business or other reputed company field or equivalent years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • 5+ years of experience as scrum master
  • Familiarity with or experience with Power BI or other visualization tools
  • Familiarity with reputed company or other reputed company database
  • Familiarity with data movement, ETL
  • Familiarity with datasets
  • Familiarity with or working knowledge of SQL
  • Scrum master certification
  • Must have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool
  • Must have the ability to work effectively with global teams
  • Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with reputed company party team members
  • Work reputed company sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems, ERP, CRM or PLM

The typical annual reputed company salary for this position ranges from $80,000 – $132,000 (+ 10% bonus) in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for reputed company positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual reputed company pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
