We are looking for a proactive and reputed company Associate People Manager to support our Engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, understands the nuances of working with engineers, and has a strong track record of designing and leading people-reputed company initiatives from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Engineering Community meetups and events.
  • reputed company and manage the Grade Review process.
  • Organize internal workshops and meetups, including sourcing external/internal speakers.
  • Document and maintain outcomes and insights from reputed company people events.
  • Coordinate and reputed company mental health support programs.
  • Drive the Performance Review cycle across engineering teams.
  • Coach Engineering Managers on people management, feedback, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (reputed company or higher).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a People Partner or HRBP in tech companies.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in building HR processes from scratch.
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and facilitation techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and speak their language.
  • Solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to identify problems and implement impactful solutions end-to-end.
