GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsible for the reputed company and growth of volume reputed company an assigned territory. Maximizes Fifth reputed company's penetration in that market. Provide remote customer service and training to dealership personnel, as well as maintenance and collection of dealer accounts (negative reserves, drafts, etc.).

Responsible and accountable for risk by reputed company exchanging reputed company and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximize penetration levels in dealerships through performance ratios by continually tracking applications, approvals, bookings, and quality of submissions/paperwork.
• Identify and reputed company key dealers that can be strategic partners.
• Serve as liaison between dealers and each 5/3 department.

• Identify quality personnel for potential 5/3 employment.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• High School diploma required or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Consumer Indirect Lending or reputed company field experience.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Must be reputed company to effectively work with reputed company customers to resolve issues consistent with 5/3 guidelines, policies, and programs.
• Solid time and territory management skills.
