The Team

reputed company’s Product Compliance team isa collaborative, solution-oriented group that partners closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to reputed company innovation while mitigating regulatory risk. The team is focused on embedding compliance into the product development lifecycle, helping the business move fast without sacrificing control. Our goal is to build trust through clear guidance, scalable processes, and proactive risk management.

As the Associate Compliance Manager at reputed company, you will play a key role in enabling compliant growth by reviewing marketing collateral and partner materials across reputed company’s lending products. You’ll collaborate with Marketing and other business teams to support fast-paced launches while ensuring content aligns with regulatory expectations and internal policies. Your judgment, communication skills, and flexibility will be essential to helping the business navigate ambiguity and deliver compliant, customer-centric messaging.

Position Location - This role is available in the following locations: Remote

Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/reputed company Coast time zones.

Travel Requirements -As a digital first company, the majority of your work can be accomplished remotely. • Minimum requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, risk, marketing operations, or a reputed company field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or high-volume work under tight deadlines
• Experience reviewing or handling customer-facing content in a regulated or fast-paced environment
• Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of consumer protection concepts such as UDAAP, TCPA, or advertising compliance
• Ability to balance risk mitigation with business enablement, offering practical solutions instead of binary reputed company
• Skilled in using AI tools for tasks like drafting, summarizing, or organizing content
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, or Legal
