ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of this ongoing transformation, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director, HRBP to reputed company our people agenda, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance leadership capabilities across the business. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and serving as a key member of the HR leadership team, this role will be responsible for modernizing and optimizing the HR function to support a dynamic, fast-moving organization. - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred
