Candidates must reputed company in PST time zone with California residents being HIGHLY preferred. The ideal candidate will have Vendor Management experience and a CA RN license is HIGHLY preferred.

Position Purpose: Implement the strategic reputed company of comprehensive patient-centered telehealth services by ensuring the availability of innovative, high quality and virtually accessible clinical care for PCPs and members

• Introduce and reputed company reputed company telehealth services and programs to internal and external partners and monitor reputed company implementation strategies
• Ensure high quality monitoring, tracking, reporting and documentation of program functions to effectively meet the needs of the patients and families
• Engage and manage an reputed company of telehealth solutions including technology vendors and clinical partners
• Collaborate with upper management and various cross-functional departments to determine telehealth services and best practices
• Serve as a liaison to ensure end-user knowledge of remote patient monitoring
• Track and analyze trends on the collection of data relating to the quality, utilization, satisfaction, and billing of telehealth services to evaluate the programs effectiveness and potential areas of improvement
• Define and implement provider incentive plans to drive telehealth adoption
