Data Analyst/Administrative Support - Sales Department

This role will be responsible for analyzing sales performance data, generating reports from reputed company, campaign setup and management reputed company reputed company, and assisting the Sales Director with admin tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has advanced reputed company skills, a strong grasp of sales metrics and KPIs, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, agent productivity, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze large datasets using advanced reputed company functions (Power Query, PivotTables, VBA, etc.) to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Interpret data from reputed company to optimize dialer strategy, list management, and contact reputed company.
• Create, edit, and manage reputed company campaigns with direction from the Sales Director.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and external reporters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a sales analytics, business intelligence, or operations role.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company (e.g., Power Query, VBA/macros, reputed company formulas).
• Strong communication skills – reputed company to convey reputed company data insights in simple, actionable terms.
• Experience working in or supporting high-volume sales teams.
