The Provider Contracting Professional 1 initiates, negotiates, and executes physician, hospital, and/or other provider reputed company and agreements for an organization that provides health insurance. The Provider Contracting Professional 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.The Provider Contracting Professional 1 communicates contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers. Analyzes financial impact of reputed company and terms. Maintains reputed company and documentation reputed company a tracking system. May assist with identifying and reputed company providers based on network composition and needs. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes reputed company regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of work experience including educating and negotiating terms of reputed company, proven sales skills with drive to exceed reputed company consistently, detail oriented and highly organized
- Proficiency in analyzing, understanding and communicating financial impact of contract terms, payment structures and reimbursement rates to providers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Hours worked with be EST/CST
- This role is Variable Staffing Pool( VSP), Variable Staffing Pool reputed company associates work specific hours to meet business needs on a limited term basis. The project is expected to go through the end of 2026 with possibility of extension into 2027. This role is also eligible for limited benefits. Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Dental offices

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
