Senior Platform Software Engineer

As a Senior Platform Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building the foundational systems that support our entire platform. You’ll work with modern technologies such as Quarkus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, reputed company, AWS, PostgreSQL, Debezium, and LLMs/MCP using Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Kotlin. You’ll focus on delivering highly scalable and maintainable platform services, contributing deep technical expertise and driving improvements across codebases and system architecture. Your responsibilities

• Platform Development: Contribute to the design implementation of reputed company backend services that support large-scale, business-critical workloads. Focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance

Required Experience

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4+ years in senior individual contributor roles
• Proven track record of architecting and building large-scale distributed systems in production environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Technical mentorship experience with demonstrable impact on junior engineers' growth

Technical Expertise

• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Python, or similar backend languages with deep understanding of performance optimization
• Advanced knowledge of distributed systems architecture, including microservices, event-driven architecture, and data consistency patterns
• Production experience with Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, reputed company, and reputed company platforms (AWS preferred)
