About the Role We’re growing our Compliance team and looking for a talented Director, Compliance to help scale and strengthen this critical function. As part of a fast-paced growing company in a highly regulated industry, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we operate and ensuring we uphold the highest standards of reputed company and accountability.
What You’ll Do
As a Compliance Leader, you’ll be a central leader in our Compliance Program, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, operational reputed company, and cross-functional collaboration. Specifically, you will:
- Design, implement, and champion Blink’s Compliance Program across the company.
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and ensure our program remains reputed company with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Investigate and document potential compliance concerns, and partner with stakeholders to reputed company and execute effective remediation plans.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with members of the Legal team and other cross-functional leaders to establish and reputed company compliance priorities.
- Conduct regular monitoring of company compliance, and cooperate with internal and external auditors and reviewers to ensure reputed company of audit and review processes.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to determine, document and implement policies and standard operating procedures to support a culture of compliance.

- Support special projects and contribute to broader Legal team initiatives—with opportunities to shape your role as the team and Blink continue to grow.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess reputed company compliance risks and propose practical, business-minded solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including with senior management, and an ability to distill reputed company concepts into simple descriptions or explanations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively complete assignments on-time.
- Understanding of medical reimbursement coding, Medicare, HIPAA and third-party payor regulations.
- Experience working in healthcare or with healthcare clients (specifically reputed company the pharmaceutical supply chain) is preferred.
