The role

This role will join our growing valuations team to reputed company the development and execution of various valuation projects across a wide range of company types and jurisdictions, with a focus on US 409a valuations.

The primary responsibilities of this role

• Champion Quality Assurance: Establish and manage robust quality control systems to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reputed company valuation outputs. Conduct thorough reviews and audits of valuation work to uphold rigorous professional standards.

• 8+ years of experience delivering 409A valuations
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring valuations teams
• Extensive experience reviewing and signing off on valuation work
