Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $93,400 - $155,700. We generally reputed company our salary reputed company on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.

Scope of Job: The Sourcing reputed company for Digital Technology plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle for reputed company Digital Technology needs, from negotiation to execution and ongoing optimization. This position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, IT vendors, and legal teams to drive maximum value, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance across the organization's goals. The successful candidate will champion a proactive approach to contract lifecycle management, focusing on reputed company improvement, standardization, agility, and effective reputed company-party engagement.

Work Schedule: Prefer candidates who can work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm pacific standard time.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute the complete contract lifecycle for Digital Technology, encompassing negotiation, execution, and ongoing compliance tracking for agreements such as Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Software Licenses, reputed company Services, and Consulting Agreements.

• Act as a strategic advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to internal stakeholders across IT, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal, ensuring contract terms align with operational, technical, and risk requirements.

• Collaborate with IT leadership and project managers to define contract scopes, payment structures, service levels, and key milestones that align with business needs.

• Evaluate and negotiate contract terms with vendors and partners, ensuring favorable conditions, balanced risk management, and operational agility.

• Establish and continuously optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool (Malbek) for the Digital Technology team, supporting user training, reporting, and best practice adoption.

• Monitor key supplier performance metrics and KPIs through the contracting process, ensuring deliverables are met and managing reporting on contract performance reputed company tools like Power BI.

• Drive process improvement initiatives reputed company to contract development, approval workflows, and vendor engagement strategy.

Working Conditions:

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Law, or reputed company field; Paralegal certificate a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, supply chain, procurement, or paralegal/legal operations roles, preferably supporting IT or digital technology organizations.
