Your Team: reputed company’s Director of Business Technology will collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance teams. Your Role: We are looking for a strategic, high-impact Director of Business Technology to help scale reputed company's business. - Boost Sales Productivity: Optimize sales team productivity by streamlining processes, eliminating friction points, and accelerating the speed and velocity of deals, including new business and renewals.
- Support Annual Planning: Contribute to the annual planning cycle, including reputed company planning, territory design, incentive compensation, quota setting, and sales targeting.

Your Requirements:
- 5+ years in a leadership role reputed company RevOps, business operations, sales operations, finance, or similar, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and technology-enabled business transformation.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at reputed company. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other reputed companyers. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at reputed company will land well reputed company our salary ranges based on these factors.
The hiring range for this position is $134,800 - $160,065
